Welcome to www.ditox.co (the "Site"), operated by Ditox Co (ABN 63 615 235 106) ("Ditox", "we", "us" or "our"), headquartered in Melbourne, Australia.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site, and any workshops, events, programs, resources, digital products, coaching or other services we offer (together, the "Services"). By accessing the Site or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.
1. Who We Are
Ditox is a digital health and safety company providing education, workshops, events, resources and consulting on digital wellbeing, online safety and tech-facilitated abuse awareness for individuals, families, organisations and brands.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Site or purchase our Services. Some workshops and family programs are designed for participation by minors alongside a parent, guardian or supervising adult — where this applies, it will be stated on the relevant program page.
3. Not Medical, Legal, or Emergency Advice
Ditox provides general education and information about digital wellbeing and digital safety, including tech-facilitated abuse. This content is for informational purposes only and is not:
A substitute for professional medical, psychological, or mental health advice or treatment;
A substitute for legal advice;
A crisis, emergency or victim-support service
If you are in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services. If you are experiencing family violence, abuse or tech-facilitated abuse, please contact a qualified support service such as 1800RESPECT (1800 737 732) in Australia, or the equivalent service in your country.
Nothing on this Site or in our Services creates a therapist-client, counsellor-client or lawyer-client relationship between you and Ditox.
4. Our Services
4.1 Workshops, Events and Programs
Bookings for workshops, events, keynote engagements and programs are subject to availability. Prices, dates and formats (in-person or online) will be confirmed at the time of booking and may change with reasonable notice.
4.2 Digital Products and Resources
Downloadable guides, worksheets, courses and other digital resources ("Digital Products") are licensed to you for personal or, where stated, organisational use — not resold, redistributed or repurposed for commercial use without our written permission.
4.3 Consulting and Brand/Organisational Programs
Bespoke engagements with organisations, brands or institutions will be governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work, which takes precedence over these Terms in the event of conflict.
5. Payments, Cancellations and Refunds
All prices are listed in [AUD/insert currency] and are inclusive/exclusive of GST as stated at checkout, unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations by us: If we cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.
Digital Products are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
6. User Conduct
When using the Site or attending our Services, you agree not to:
Use the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose, including to harass, stalk, monitor or threaten another person;
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems, or other users' accounts or data;
Reproduce, distribute or exploit our content, branding or Digital Products without permission;
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when engaging with us.
Given the sensitive nature of our subject matter, we ask all participants in workshops, events and community spaces to engage respectfully and in good faith, particularly toward anyone sharing lived experience.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, the Ditox 7-Step Digital Health & Safety Wheel, logos, course materials and Digital Products — is owned by or licensed to Ditox and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except for your own personal, non-commercial use of purchased Digital Product.
8. Testimonials and Case Studies
Testimonials published on the Site reflect the individual experiences of the people quoted and are shared with their permission. They are not guarantees of specific outcomes for any other individual or organisation.
9. Third-Party Links and Partners
The Site may link to third-party websites, partner organisations, or crisis support services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party site.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any content, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law that cannot be lawfully excluded.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ditox will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services is limited to the amount you paid to us for the relevant Service.

Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
